In Tribute to Eva

Some people leave their mark. Others create a path. You did both.

You brought psychodrama to Norway and gave it a home. With profound professional knowledge, unwavering dedication, and a charisma entirely your own, you built not only a training institute, but a vibrant professional community. You saw the people around you, challenged us to grow, and allowed us to experience the transformative power that can arise in genuine encounters between human beings.

Although the Norwegian Psychodrama Institute eventually came to an end, what you created lives on. Through Moreno House, through everyone who practises psychodrama, and through the countless groups, encounters, and lives that have been touched, your life’s work continues to have an impact. The ripples you set in motion are still spreading.

On behalf of many, we wish to say: Thank you.

Thank you for your courage, your vision, your knowledge, and your warmth. Thank you for believing in the power of psychodrama, and in the human capacity to grow, to heal, and to find new paths.

You have now left us. But your legacy lives on, not only in institutions and training programmes, but in the people you shaped, inspired, and entrusted with faith in this field. It lives on every time a human being is met with presence, respect, and hope.

En pioner i psykodrama miljøet har gått bort.

Eva Røine ble 97 år, hun var en drivkraft for å bringe psykodrama til Norge.

Vi er utallige psykodramatikere i Norge som har hatt gleden over å bli undervist og inspirert av henne. Eva inviterte mange psykodramatikere fra hele verden til Norge for at vi skulle lære metoden, av forskjellige med forskjellige innfallsvinkler. Dette er jeg uendelig glad for, det ga oss i kull 5 en frihet og mulighet til å speile oss i mange dyktige psykodramatikere. Hun var i tillegg aktiv utenfor Norge og gjorde en stor innsats for psykodrama i Europa.

Eva var en kreativ kraft på psykodramascenen, det var til tider stor kunst som oppsto , noe som berørte sjelen i oss.
